Submission Requirements after Examination Results
* Submission period: ~2024.12.18.(Wed)
* Required Documents:
1. Master's degree
1) Signed Examination Approval Form from each examiner(three copies in total)
2) Signed Thesis Examination Result Report from each examiner(three copies in total)
3) One copy of the Originality Report of Turnitin(plagiarism check) Program(Signed Report from Professor)
4) One copy of the Digital Receipt of Turnitin Program
5) Personal Information Provision and Use Agreement from external examiner(Attachment 7, 8)
2. Doctoral degree
1) Signed Examination Approval Form from each examiner(five copies in total)
2) Signed Dissertation Examination Result Report from each examiner(five copies in total)
3) One copy of the Dissertation Examication Schedule
4) Three copies (or more) of the Interim Examination Reports
5) One copy of the Dissertation Examination Report in Summary
6) One copy of the Originality Report of Turnitin(plagiarism check) Program (Signed Report from Professor)
7) One copy of the Digital Receipt of Turnitin Program
8) Personal Information Provision and Use Agreement from external examiner(Attachment 7, 8)
※ If the title of a Thesis/Dissertation is changed, then the Thesis/Dissertation Title Change Form is required be to be submitted to the department.
